Heidi Montag, who's more famous for her plastic surgeries than her reality TV career, won't allow her daughter to get extreme plastic surgery like she did.
“I would definitely advise against it,” Heidi Montag told Life & Style. “And hopefully I’d raise her in a way that she doesn’t feel the pressure or need.”
Heidi Montag, 27, got breast implant-removal surgery in October 2013 to replace her F cups with C cups. She said the heavy implants (which weighed three pounds each) literally weighed her down, and kept her from being able to work out, run, and do sports.
"They felt like bowling balls on my chest," said Heidi Montag. "I couldn't conceptualize the weight of them in my body."
The massive implants were also the source of ongoing back, neck, and shoulder pain. Heidi Montag also got alarmed after her doctor told her they were dropping.
"He told me they were falling through the bottom, and I got scared," she said. "It's super-dangerous. They can fall through to your belly button!"
Heidi Montag Gets More Plastic Surgery: A Breast Implant Reduction
After having risked her life to undergo a number of elective plastic surgeries, Heidi Montag told ABC of her size F breasts, “I would take them out and downsize them, but I don’t want to go under the knife again.” But it seems the former “Hills” star has since had a change of heart, as she told ET this week that medical problems stemming from her massive implants — including back pain and numb limbs — finally convinced her to get a reduction.
“I do regret getting the breast implants,” Heidi Montag said in the interview with Brooke Anderson, adding that her chest hurt even when she wasn’t moving. Now that she stands at a more modest D-cup after a procedure that’s documented in this ET video, she says she’s thought critically about why she got her surgery in the first place, and encourages other women who are considering bigger breasts to think long and hard. “They look great and they sound fun, but once you get them, that’s it, you’ve done the damage,” she explained. “Is that vanity worth…harming yourself?”

What kinds of plastic surgery Heidi Montag has done?
Heidi Montag plastic surgery originally got the breast implants as part of an extreme plastic-surgery makeover in November 2009, during which she got the following procedures done — all in one day:
In 2010, Heidi Montag and her husband, Spencer Pratt, filed for bankruptcy. Shockingly, the couple burned through their $10 million fortune on expensive cars, Heidi's surgeries, private jets and lavish homes.
Pratt, who also starred on the reality TV show "The Hills" (2007-2010) with Montag, blamed their over-the-top lifestyle and poor money management for their financial woes.
“We were immature and we got caught up,” Spencer told InTouch. “Every time we’d go out to eat, we’d order $4,000 bottles of wine. Heidi was going to the mall and dropping $20,000 to $30,000 a day. We thought we were Jay Z and Beyoncé."
Heidi Montag chimed in, "Now I can spend like $100 at Victoria’s Secret. I feel like a different person."
Grounded by their career and money struggles, Montag and Pratt hope to begin a family soon. “Definitely in my 30s [I want to have children],” said Heidi. “I think being a mother is one of my purposes in life, so I can’t wait to have kids. Ideally, two boys and a girl!”
