For starters, let’s address the elephant in the room: her lips; those things are out of control! Clint Eastwood – Dirty Harry Cleans Up with Plastic Surgery

The American actor Clint Eastwood is known for his long career in acting, mainly playing rough-and-tumble roles, or cowboy roles as a younger man. Today, he has kept his acting career alive, and branched into directing too, which he has been very successful with winning not one but two Academy Awards in the category of Best Director. Part of keeping his face up on the big screen has been taking care of it, and it would appear that part of his regimen involves plastic surgery!

The former “Dirty Harry” actor, who already won the Best Directing Oscar twice is nominated again this year for Letters From Iwo Jima. Over the weekend the 18-year-old blonde became a little more buxom when she underwent the most unnecessary breast enlargement surgery of all time to boost her C cups to double Ds.

"I found I've been able to use it and have full expression and look really normal," Thorne-Smith claimed, stating: "I found the frown line was distracting me - I was conscious of it. Now I'm not."

She also explained that she uses botox in the hopes that it staves off a need for more invasive plastic surgery, such as a facelift recovery, later in life.

"My hope is that if I take good care of my skin and use botox, I won't have to use anything else," Thorne-Smith revealed, adding: "Never say never. I always want to look like myself - that's key for me. I don't want to look like a different person, I don't want my face frozen."

But the only negative came when she talked about how the botox injections felt.

"Does it hurt like any injection would hurt? Yeah," Thorne-Smith admitted, adding: "I mean, people have varying degrees, but sure, it hurts for a second."

Actress Cybill Shepherd hasn’t had Botox yet. But despite her plastic surgery fears, In Your Face blog is reporting that the blonde is about to take the next step.

Cybill Shepherd is best known for her television roles on Moonlighting and Cybill, but she rose to stardom playing a sex kitten in the film The Last Picture Show.

I’m just afraid of what might happen to my face [laughs]. I have fear of what it’s going to look like afterward.”

Cybill has always been beautiful and it’s a nice change to hear a Hollywood heroine make an honest statement about Botox, rather than deny a need for it like many actresses have recently.

"We got a call from the Post (the paper that ran the story) asking if I'd had a breast augmentation, and my publicist laughed at them and said: "No, of course not." But they printed it anyway," Nixon revealed.

Nixon was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006 and went public with the news in April 2006, but she still undergoes quarterly checks to make sure the illness has not returned.
