If you’ve seen Brandi Glanville, 40, on RHOBH, than you know she tells it like it is. Well, in her new memoir, Drinking and Tweeting, she confesses her plastic surgery history. In addition to an $11,500 breast augmentation Brandi had a $12,000 vaginal rejuvenation.

Additionally, Brandi admits, “Botox has been a part of my life for 15 years,” as well as extensive fillers, facials and peels. Her most extreme procedure: A vaginal rejuvenation surgery performed by Dr. David Matlock, which she charged to ex-husband Eddie Cibrian after her left her for LeAnn Rimes. Of the procedure, Brandi says, “Eddie knows that he has never touched the ‘new’ me, and that gives me so much joy.”

“I get a spray tan every week. I also have issues like adult acne and Melasma (patches of skin discoloration) since I’ve had my kids, so I try everything—lasers, photo facials—and I wear hats all the time to protect myself from sun.”

However, Eddie Cibrian’s ex-wife wants to make it clear that, although she frequently gets beauty treatments and has small procedures, she isn’t plastic and resents being referred to as such. She says: “People have said horrible things like I’m ‘plastic’ and I’m a bad mom. I think after three years of hearing it I have just developed a thick skin. I think it’s human nature, and I know what they say isn’t true so I’ve learned to not take it to heart.”

She adds: ‘Having grown up modeling, I’m very self-aware of my physical appearance. It’s hard to grow older, especially in this town where everyone is perfect! They’re all 20 years old and gorgeous and I’m now in same dating pool as them, yikes, it’s really hard! This town makes you insecure.”

Bree Walker is a radio and television personality, who is rumored to having been a cosmetic lady as she has had a facelift and lip augmentation. If we compare the current pictures of lady with older pictures, we will get to know that her lips look bigger and bulbous than past, which shows that she really has had lip augmentation. Bree Walker has been incredibly open about her private life, her disability and even her alcoholism, so why she feels the need to blatantly lie about the obvious, and copious amounts of, plastic surgery that she’s had over the years is beyond me. The most obvious change are in Bree’s super-sized lips, but a lip augmentation is not the only poorly done plastic surgery procedure that she has undergone. The 61-year old former news caster has also had a least one facelift, a necklift and a pretty aggressive eyelift that has left her eyebrows in an unnaturally elevated state. Judging by the lack of animation in most of her face (see the video above), it also appears that Bree has a Botox addiction to top it all off. All in all, her face and neck looks unnaturally pulled back, and the bad facelift has even cause a marked change in the shape of her eyes.

Bree has tried to explain away the bad plastic surgery by saying that her lips have always been large and that perhaps they just look larger nowadays because she’s lost a bit of fat in her cheeks due to aging.

We remember when beautiful Bree when was a newscaster in Los Angeles in the 80’s. She was incredibly pretty and might have been an actress if it weren’t for the condition ectrodactyly, which caused her to have deformed hands and feet. In 1990 she was caught having an affair with boyish co-anchor Jim Lampley, when they were both married to other people. They eventually married each other and split in 2000. Recently she was arrested for DUI and the resulting mug shot tells quite a story. What Bree has done to her pretty face should be a lesson to all.

The former star of soap operas, Brenda Dickson, is an American actress who is rumored to have gone under the knife. She has made a resurgence into the spotlight, but mostly on plastic surgery blogs and gossip magazine shelves, thanks to her rapidly changing appearance. While she hasn’t been on a soap since the 80s, she has kept things interesting with a personal life that has mirrored some of the saucy storylines from her work, from bizarre behavior to jail time, to a messy divorce.

Now into her sixties, Brenda is no spring chicken. Some of the surgeries she has been rumored to have undergone include a facelift, browlift, nose job (rhinoplasty), blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), and forehead lift. These extensive surgeries are in part meant to make her look younger, and part simply meant to change the shape of her face. Changing features such as the nose will make a person appear entirely different, while the others are designed to tighten skin, brighten up the eyes, and generally bring more youth into a person’s appearance.

She no more works as a soap opera actress now, as she has been retired from the profession, but it does not mean that she has no reasons to be in news and reports. The lady was born in 1949 in California. She is most famous for her role as Jill Foster Abbott which she portrayed in the soap opera The Young and the Restless.

She was sent to jail in 2007 in Hawaii by the authorities there after she refused the orders of the court regarding her divorce with her ex-husband. She was sent behind bars for bad behavior and contempt of court. When she was released from jail after 16 years, she mentioned that she was a victim in the case but was not given a chance to speak her words before the jury. Upon saying that, she was again sent into jail and was not released unless she spent three months behind bars.

According to plastic surgery expert Dr. Jennifer Walden, Brenda’s skin is far too tight to not be the result of plastic surgery. She also suspects that the former actress is using injectable fillers such as Botox, Juvederm, and Restylane to maintain her smooth-skinned appearance. Other common skin procedures used alongside a facelift and injections are chemical peels, and laser skin resurfacing.

The permanent surprised look is compliments of a blepharoplasty, which tightens the skin and removes the bags from around the eyes, while a browlift has done little to help her permanent look of shock. In order to keep a face this frozen, however, it is clear that she is using regular Botox injections. Adding even further fuel to the fire of the rumor mill, Dr. Sherrell J. Aston would guess that Brenda has a breast augmentation at some point in her life.

Alright folks, we’re digging a little bit deep into the vault on this one, but it’s about time we talk about former “The Young and the Restless” star Brenda Dickson. After a big run on the popular daytime soap opera, a starring role on “Falcon Crest” and a couple of weeks in jail, Dickson has started a career as an author and all around “random celebrity” (think of Andy Dick, the guy hasn’t been in a real movie in like a decade, but he still manages to be rich and famous). She also has a gig as one of those aging stars that just looks too darn fake to be normal. Yeah, she’s pretty plastic fantastic, so let’s take a look at her surgical past…

Okay, so from the looks of it, Brenda Dickson has had at least five different cosmetic procedures done throughout her life. Starting below the neck, I can pretty much guarantee that she’s has some sort of breast augmentation to keep her chest looking so large and in charge; the woman is a senior citizen and appears to have better boobs than she did when she was in her youth, so I’m saying that she’s had both implants and a lift. Above the neck is where the real action is, as Dickson has almost definitely had a brow lift, a full facelift, a nose job, and eyelid surgery (a blepharoplasty).

That’s a ton of pulling of the skin and breaking of the cartilage; combine that with a healthy dose of Botox and you end up with a woman who isn’t really “bad” looking, but who looks way more puffy than anyone looks naturally. Her nose looks pretty good, but her eyes look a tad too bulgy for my tastes. One positive though, the surgeries succeeded in making her look younger. So she looks very plastic, but she looks like new plastic.

Overall, Brenda Dickson has had a bit too much work done, but not enough that she looks like a full on horror show like some people think she does. She needs to stop with the Botox before it gets our of hand, but otherwise she’s not nearly as bad as has been reported. So stop now Brenda, before I have to write another article about you!

Brendan Fraser plastic surgery is a natural guy who has not done anything plastic surgerywith his face. While his face is natural, there have been some reports which say that he has had something cosmetic with his hairs, as some of the areas on his head had been bald. They also say that there are no other evidences of surgery on his body except the hair transplant. He was attending a barbecue at Winona Ryder’s house in 1993, where he first met his future wife Afton Smith. The couple finally got married in 1998, and they are leading their life happily along with their three children.

Way back when, plastic surgeons would treat bald areas by moving large amounts of skin (with the hair attached) from one part of the scalp to another. This left unfortunate scars, and is only done sparingly today.

This technique was followed by hair “macro” grafts. This procedure is probably where the term “hair plugs” originated from. Plastic surgeons would transplant hairs from one part of the scalp to another, in groups of maybe 5-10 hairs at a time. While this prevented the large scars of the previous surgeries, it often left people looking like they had “doll hair” with visible plugs.

The newest techniques involve “micro” grafts, where hairs are transplanted one or two hairs at a time. To my knowledge this leaves the most realistic result.

I can’t stand doing hair transplantation though, as it is one of the most tedious of all plastic surgeries. We basically cut out a strip of hair from the back of the head and cut out each hair follicle one by one. These hair follicles are placed into small needle holes made in the bald areas. It takes a couple hours, as each hair is placed one at a time. I’ve heated each time I’ve done it. I found that whenever I put one hair in, two others would pop back out and fall on the floor. What a pain!

Rumors abound that the Poison front man and reality star had surgery to make his stomach look more defined (either liposuction, or abdominal etching, where the muscles are sculpted to look more defined than they are. He’s either had a facelift, or possible fat injections at various spots (brow, cheeks etc.), and to be honest, this rumor seems true, as Bret looks very different, and sort of swollen when compared to his younger days. Brett was also in a pretty bad car accident many years ago so that also could have been when he had his first cosmetic procedures. However, his stomach seems to be natural. It looks more like he takes care of himself and eats healthy (being a diabetic, he has to), than that he had any surgery. So as with many stars, Bret Michaels probably had plastic surgery, just not as much as you’d think.

Kristi Gibson and 49-year old Bret Michaels have had an on again off again relationship for 16 years. But after two kids, they were finally going to tie the knot. Now it seems that the engagement has been called off, but not before the two had plastic surgery.

Bret famously revealed his hair extensions under his signature bandana and he is also suspected of having had Botox injections and liposuction as well (See Make Me Heal’s story on Bret Michael’s plastic surgery).

For her part, Kristi looks like she would have easily fit in with the girls on The Rock of Love Bus, with her obviously oversized breast implants and she likely also overdoes Botox, given her super smooth and shiny complexion and possible Juvederm injections in the lips.

And it is due to a car accident Bret had in 1994, he was seriously injured, including fractures on her face, after which he got his nose and jawline done to reduce the fractures. Many people speculates that he has some huge scar on his forehead and that’s why he almost always appears publicly with his bandanna, but we found some pictures without it and we couldn’t see any scar, it could be cover with make up or he just doesn’t have any, anyhow he was using those bandanas for a long time before the accident. The other reason they say he uses it is because he wears a wig.

We see that his lips look thinner than before, but we don’t think he did anything in purpose for them to change, it can be a normal aging process in some people and it could be affected by his accident and the plastic surgery that he got after it. That’s what we see for the moment on him, maybe he will start getting botox injections as many celebrities do and who knows even a face lift.

Brian has been a suspect since 2006 when he was only in his mid thirties. People say he has tightened up his cheeks and face. Even now when they are still such a young good-looking couple, the subject comes up with them because Megan has done so much already. Brian doesn’t like the spotlight of fame very much but its just something they will have to deal with. Just imagine once they get to 40 or God forbid 50. Will the gods grace us with their popular presence for so long? On average Hollywood marriages last about 2.5 years so that gives them another year and a half or so.

Now, after they personally announced the birth of their son via Facebook, in a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest on Tuesday, Brian Austin Green revealed how the two managed to keep baby Noah's birth a secret for so long. According to People, Brian Austin Green credits the birth of Reese Witherspoon's son for their moment of privacy. Apparently, the attention was focused on the news that Reese was rushed to the hospital, offering Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green plenty of privacy to arrive to the hospital and keep the news all to themselves. The former Beverly Hills 90210 actor said that:

“I’ve been wanting to send Reese Witherspoon flowers for, like, a month and a half now, ’cause she actually gave birth [the same day as] us in Santa Monica. We were lucky enough to go in at 2:30 in the morning to the hospital and nobody knew.”

Apparently, the fact that they managed to welcome their son without the news hitting the newsstands was a surprise even for the couple as Brian Austin confessed that:

“We got out of the hospital and nobody knew. We got home and thought, ‘This is unbelievable.’ We weren’t expecting to be able to get away with it. We were expecting all the [paparazzi] guys in the hallways and the parking structure. So we just figured we would go with it as long as we could.”

And they managed to go with it for three long weeks, until E!News found out, so the couple decided to make the announcement themselves via Facebook.
Brian Austin Green is not a novice when it comes to fatherhood as the actor has a 10 year old son from a previous relationship, but it seems that his experience doesn't make having a newborn easier as the actor confessed that:

“I really felt young for my age until my new son was born. I’ve never felt so 40 in my life (joking). He’s really good ; he sleeps but it’s only in three hour increments. You get about three hours and then he’ll fuss about something. First you spend 10 minutes figuring out where you are, then you realize, ‘I’m home and it’s my child.’ Then you figure out what’s wrong — a diaper or hungry.”

Megan Fox has yet to share her take on motherhood, but the 'Transformers' hottie has expressed the fact that she's always been maternal in an interview previous to the breaking-news of her pregnancy, leaving us to assume she's doing her best.
